Sample cost, efficiency, and transportation?
Slicethinner design and development team?
The design and development team of Slicethinner consists of 3 furniture designers and 6 sample developers, totaling 9 people, who can complete 3 to 6 samples per week. Commonly used computer-aided design software includes Alias, Inventor, AutoCAD, CAM, Photoshop, and CorelDraw.
How long does it take to make a sample?
The time required to make a sample depends on the difficulty of the sample and the information provided by the customer. The more detailed information provided, the faster the sample production.
Is there a charge for samples?
Regarding sample fees, although a certain fee will be charged, we attach more importance to establishing long-term cooperative relationships with customers. The collection of sample fees is to test the sincerity of customer cooperation. If an order is confirmed, this fee will be unconditionally refunded.
How about the shipping cost of the samples?
As for sample shipping costs, transportation costs are usually high, so we will ask customers to bear the cost themselves. For European customers, we have a special plan: ship the samples together with containers to Europe and then transport them to customers. If the customer cannot wait, they can choose to place a test order (minimum 50PCS), and the transportation cost is about 2,500 US dollars.
Slicethinner values sample production and transportation, is committed to providing customers with reasonable sample costs, ensuring production efficiency, and assisting in selecting the best transportation solutions so that samples can be safely and promptly delivered to customers.
